Order:
The order of the customer fulfils a suggestion for conclusion of a contract which comes into being at the moment when the supplier expresses to accept the order as binding in written. As soon as the supplier confirms the customer receiving of the order, the contractual relationship comes into being. After this moment, it is not possible to withdraw the contract.
Date of delivery:
The date of delivery is individual and it depends on the size of the order and on the current workload. The date of delivery takes 3-5 weeks and will always be announced to the customer together with the confirmation of the order. It is possible to reduce the date of delivery by so-called giving priority for 20% extra fee of the whole price of the ordered goods. In this case the order will be made within one week.
Way of delivery:
We use Czech Post for delivery the order to the customer through the cash on delivery* or through the registered packet after previous payment on our bank account. *Cash on delivery by Czech Post is not possible in all European states (it is only possible in Belgium, Belarus, Slovakia, Latvia, Hungary, Romania and Ukraine).
Shipping rates:
Cash on delivery via Czech post 15 € (possible only in several countries)
Registered packet via Czech post 10 €
Cash-on-delivery via PPL (courier service) 20 €
Guarantee and complaints:
We give 24 moths guarantee on all our products. This guarantee does not apply to damages caused by inconsiderate handling (for example: rip by the seam), common wear and tear (wear off, coloured fade as a result of repeated washing) or the mistake of the owner (If you have measured your dog incorrectly, we cannot exchange the product because we make clothes individually). The purchaser is obliged to advise the supplier of the demand on complaint in written. The goods under complaint are then possible to send at our address. Do not send your goods back through cash on delivery! The period for the judgement of the returned goods is 30 days. When returning money, the purchaser has no claim to get back shipping costs. The offer of colours is not standing. The seller reserves the right to offer the purchaser another coloured making in the case of unavailability of some colour.
